Derycz Scientific Subsidiary Expands Into Japan Through Referral Agreement with USACO Corporation
Company plans to capture market share by leading world's second-largest pharmaceutical market in shift from paper-based article supply services to digital

SANTA MONICA, Calif., June 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Derycz Scientific, Inc. (OTC BB: DYSC) today announced that wholly-owned subsidiary Reprints Desk, Inc. has signed a master referral agreement with Tokyo-based USACO Corporation. The agreement makes USACO the Japanese representative for Reprints Desk's article supply system and services used by companies in Life Sciences and other intellectual property (IP)-based businesses. Terms of the deal were not released.
