Roy was named Chief Executive Officer and President of Research Solutions/Reprints Desk in April 2021. Since that time, he has led the transition from a transactional business to a SaaS software platform business in addition to becoming a leader in AI tools for Scientific Research. Prior to being tapped for his current role, he was a member of the company's Board of Directors for three years. Before joining Research Solutions/Reprints Desk, Roy served as CEO of ARI Network Services, a leading provider of SaaS tools and marketing services, growing the business from less than 80 employees to over 1,200—and increasing revenues from under $15 million to over $100 million—through accelerated organic growth and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he started and sold two software companies and held executive and senior management positions at multiple companies across the telecommunications and computer sectors.

Sefton Cohen is a seasoned sales leader with over two decades of experience in the technology industry. He has a proven track record of launching, revitalizing, and scaling sales, marketing, and services for US and EMEA based public and private companies. Mr. Cohen has helped make markets and delivered multimillion-dollar new revenue streams for early stage, and accelerated growth stage companies. In addition to organically growing these companies, his leadership has enabled them to raise capital from Tier One Venture Capital and Private Equity firms and achieve successful exits. Mr. Cohen has degrees from Franklin & Marshall College (BA) and Columbia Business School (MBA).

Josh Nicholson joined Research Solutions in December 2023 as part of the acquisition of Scite, Inc. ("Scite"). Prior to joining Research Solutions, Josh was the co-founder and CEO of Scite, a next-generation citation index that uses AI to put citations into context. He grew the business from an idea published in a research paper to an award-winning profitable startup with global customers. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of the Winnower, an innovative publishing platform for researchers, which merged with Authorea, a collaborative document editor for researchers, where he served as Chief Research Officer and then CEO before it was acquired by Wiley. He holds a PhD in cell biology from Virginia Tech, where his research focused on the effects of aneuploidy on chromosome segregation in cancer.
