Derycz Scientific's STM Document Delivery Service Named a Trend-Setting Product of 2011 by KMWorld Magazine
Joins the ranks of notable companies like EMC, Google, IBM, Oracle and Xerox who were previously nominated

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Aug. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Derycz Scientific, Inc.'s (OTC BB: DYSC) subsidiary Reprints Desk announced that its STM Document Delivery service has been named a Trend-Setting Product of 2011 by KMWorld Magazine.  The list of award-winners and an accompanying article will be featured in the September 2011 issue and will appear online on September 1.

Reprint Desk's STM Document Delivery is a single-article ordering and administration service for researchers employed by companies in the Life Sciences and other intellectual property-driven businesses.  The service simplifies and speeds up research processes, ensuring that critical information can be conveniently accessed. It is also the top-rated service of its kind according to a 2008 study by independent industry analyst and advisory firm Outsell, Inc.

KMWorld's Trend-Setting Product Awards began in 2003.  This year, more than 800 products were assessed by the magazine's judging panel, which consists of editorial colleagues, analysts, system integrators, vendors themselves (sometimes even competitive ones), line-of-business managers and users.  All products selected demonstrate clearly identifiable technology breakthroughs that serve the vendors' full spectrum of constituencies, especially their customers.

Hugh McKellar, Editor-in-Chief of KMWorld, said, "The nominees for Trend-Setting Product of 2011 included an exceptionally distinguished array of products and I commend Reprints Desk and its parent company Derycz Scientific for being among the companies to earn this prestigious honor."

"This honor further validates what our customers already know: that STM Document Delivery offers a uniquely valuable way to support literature acquisition and management," said Peter Derycz, CEO of Derycz Scientific.
