Derycz Scientific Subsidiary Signs Distribution Agreement With American Bar Association
Agreement Enhances Legal Research Support Through Direct Sourcing of Content from ABA Law Journals

SANTA MONICA, Calif., July 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Derycz Scientific, Inc. (OTC BB: DYSC) today announced that fully-owned subsidiary Reprints Desk, Inc. has signed a distribution agreement with the American Bar Association (ABA) that enables the company to source and deliver articles from ABA journals.  This agreement enhances the dissemination of important legal information, and expands the growing list of journals that Reprints Desk can access quickly in order to facilitate fast turnaround time on single article document delivery orders placed by law librarians and attorneys at law firms who service research-intensive companies and in-house counsel within Life Science companies.

"This agreement opens a new sales channel for the American Bar Association," said Jan Peterson, Derycz Scientific's Head of Publisher Relations.  "It also enhances our top-rated document delivery service that law librarians and attorneys rely on for their work on issues related to IP protection, patents, technology licensing and transfer, as well as other areas."

The ABA publishes more than 20 scholarly journals, including a number focusing on tort reform and mental health issues, including The Health Lawyer and The Tax Lawyer.  These publications are intended for professional development and a greater understanding of the law. Reprints Desk supports customers' scientific, technical and medical research by providing online ordering and electronic delivery of single copies of peer-reviewed journal articles, commonly known as 'document delivery'.  Reprints Desk will be exhibiting at the 2011 American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) Annual Meeting and Conference from July 23-26, 2011 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
